On December 1, 2024, on the 23rd Sunday after Pentecost, His Eminence Archbishop Theofan of Korea served the Divine Liturgy at St. Nicholas Cathedral in Bangkok, Thailand.

The rector of the cathedral, Archimandrite Oleg (Cherepanin), clergy of the cathedral and guests, including Hierodeacon Nektariy (Lim), a cleric of the Korean diocese, co-served with His Eminence.

At the end of the Liturgy, a prayer service was held before the reliquary containing a particle of the relics of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker.

After the prayer service, with the blessing of the Patriarchal Exarch of Southeast Asia, Metropolitan Sergius of Singapore and Southeast Asia, the Archbishop Theofan presented the workers of the cathedral with medals dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the founding of the Thai Diocese.
