During the Sunday of the Veneration of the Cross during Great Lent, the Divine Liturgy was served in the Resurrection Parish in Seoul, led by Metropolitan Anthony of Volokolamsk, Chairman of the Department for External Church Relations of the Moscow Patriarchate, and Metropolitan Sergius of Singapore and Southeast Asia, Patriarchal Exarch of Southeast Asia

On March 23, 2025, on the Sunday of the Veneration of the Cross, His Eminence Metropolitan Anthony of Volokolamsk, co-served by His Eminence Metropolitan Sergius of Singapore and Southeast Asia and His Eminence Archbishop Theofan of Korea, served the Divine Liturgy in the Resurrection Parish in Seoul.

The Hieromonk Juvenaly (Marushchak), Priest Nikolai Vasin, Hieromonk Paul (Choi) and Hierodeacon Nektariy (Lim) co-served with Their Eminences.

After the Liturgy Archbishop Theofan of Korea addressed the hierarchs with words of gratitude for the visit, joint service and constant attention to the Korean Diocese. Metropolitan Anthony of Volokolamsk in his response wished for the further development of the Korean Diocese and presented the Resurrection Parish with an altar cross as a gift, after which he delivered a sermon about the Cross.

After the service a joint meal was held, during which the hierarchs communicated with the parishioners of the Resurrection Parish.
