On May 9, 2025, on the day of remembrance of the holy martyr Basil, Bishop of Amasia, His Eminence Archbishop Theofan of Korea served the Divine Liturgy in the Church of St. Anthony the Great in Incheon.

After the Liturgy, His Eminence celebrated a thanksgiving service to the Lord God for granting victory in the Great Patriotic War.

On the same day, the archpastor took part in the celebration of the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War, which took place at the Embassy of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Korea.
