On December 13, 2025, the feast day of St. Andrew the First-Called, His Eminence Theofan, Archbishop of Korea, served the Divine Liturgy at All Saints Parish in Incheon.

His Eminence co-served with Hieromonk Theofan (Pozhidaev) and Hierodeacon Nektarios (Lim).

At the conclusion of the service, the archpastor preached.
