Your Eminence!

On this feast day, when the Orthodox Church contemplates with spiritual eyes how Christ is baptized, rises from the water, and raises the world with Him (the Epiphany sticheron), I congratulate you on this significant date in your life—your 50th birthday.

In your youth, you decided to dedicate yourself to God, took monastic vows, and were ordained a priest. Having considered your zealous pastoral work, the Almighty has elevated you to the high position of bishop.

You currently serve in the Korean Diocese and also oversee the Kyzyl Diocese, striving to ensure that the word of the Lord is spread and glorified in these regions (2 Thessalonians 3:1).

In recognition of your accomplishments and in connection with this anniversary, I consider it fitting to award you the Order of St. Seraphim of Sarov (3rd degree).
