On the evening of April 10, 2026, Matins with the Rite of the Burial of the Shroud was served in the churches of the Diocese of Korea. This service is the service during which the Church mourns the death of Christ and accompanies His most pure body to the tomb.

On April 11, Holy Saturday, Vespers was served with the reading of fifteen paremias — Old Testament prophecies about the death and Resurrection of Christ — in conjunction with the Divine Liturgy of St. Basil the Great. Following the Liturgy, the blessing of bread and wine was performed, and a prayer for peace in the Holy Land was read. Following the service, the Paschal foods were blessed in the churches of the diocese.

His Eminence Theofan, Archbishop of Korea, led the service at the Church of the Resurrection in Seoul. His Eminence was assisted by Hierodeacon Nektarios (Lim).

Hieromonk Theofan (Pozhidaev) led the service at the Church of All Saints in Incheon. Hieromonk Paul (Choi) led the service at the Church of the Nativity of the Most Holy Theotokos in Busan.
