On June 9, 2026, a gala reception to mark Russia Day was held at the Embassy of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Korea.

The reception was attended by representatives of Korean political, business, cultural, and academic circles, as well as members of the diplomatic corps accredited in Seoul.

Representatives of the Korean Diocese, including His Eminence Theofan, Archbishop of Korea, and Hieromonk Paul (Choi), participated in the event.

The Moscow folk ensemble “Lyubo-Milo” performed as part of the cultural program.
