On September 27, 2026, the Feast of the Exaltation of the Precious and Life-Giving Cross of the Lord, festive divine services were served in the parishes of the Korean Diocese.

On the eve of the feast, His Eminence Theofan, Archbishop of Korea, led the All-Night Vigil with the service of the Litiya at the Church of the Resurrection in Seoul, in co-service with Hieromonk Paul (Choi). Following the singing of the Great Doxology, the Rite of the Exaltation of the Cross was performed, after which the veneration of the Life-Giving Wood took place to the singing of the troparion: “We venerate Thy Cross, O Master, and we glorify Thy holy Resurrection.”

On the feast day itself, Archbishop Theofan served the Divine Liturgy. At the conclusion of the Liturgy, His Eminence addressed the congregation with a sermon and congratulated the faithful on this Great Feast.

At the Church of the Royal Passion-Bearers in Gyeongju, Hieromonk Theofan (Pozhidaev) served Matins and the Divine Liturgy.

At the Church of the Exaltation of the Cross in Gwangju, which was celebrating its patronal feast, Hieromonk Paul (Choi) served the Divine Liturgy.
